All Swift Oak buildings are bespoke, made-to-order products. Because each frame is designed and manufactured specifically for you, our returns policy reflects the custom nature of what we make.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided manufacturing has not yet begun. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at team@swiftoak.com with your order details.
Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, or a charge may apply to cover materials and work already completed. We will always discuss this with you fairly.
Defects and Damaged Goods
We take great pride in the quality of our oak frame buildings. If any component of your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@swiftoak.com with photographs and a description of the issue.
We will arrange to replace or rectify any defective components at no additional cost to you. Please do not attempt to erect a frame if you believe components are damaged — contact us first.
Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on oak frame kits that have been manufactured to your specification. If you have concerns before delivery, please get in touch so we can work to resolve them.
Standard (non-bespoke) items such as saddle stones, door hardware, and similar accessories may be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
