We are based in Lenham Heath, near Ashford in Kent, and deliver oak frame building kits throughout the South East of England and across the UK. Here is a guide to our primary delivery areas.

Primary Delivery Area — South East England

We deliver regularly and at standard rates throughout our primary area, which covers:

• Kent — including Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Folkestone, Dover, Sevenoaks, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Margate, Ramsgate, Deal, Tenterden, and across the Weald
• East Sussex — including Hastings, Eastbourne, Lewes, Battle, Rye, Uckfield, and the High Weald
• West Sussex — including Chichester, Horsham, Crawley, Worthing, and Arundel
• Surrey — including Guildford, Reigate, Dorking, Oxted, and the Surrey Hills
• Essex — including Chelmsford, Colchester, Braintree, and the Blackwater Estuary
• Greater London — including all London boroughs (access restrictions may apply in some areas)

Nationwide Delivery

We regularly deliver beyond the South East — to Hampshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, and further afield. Delivery cost for longer distances is calculated on a per-order basis. Contact us with your postcode and frame specification for an accurate delivery quote.

Delivery Logistics

Frames are delivered by flatbed lorry or curtainsider depending on the order size. Typical delivery requires a clear, level access route suitable for a large vehicle. If your site has restricted access — a narrow lane, low bridge, or limited turning space — let us know at the quoting stage and we will find a practical solution.

For very remote or difficult-access sites we can sometimes arrange local collection at a more convenient point, or split delivery across smaller vehicles. We will always work with you to make delivery work.
